大悲宴
生命是一場大悲宴，所有的生物小至病毒或大至恐龍，都必須仰賴吞食其它生命才能確保自身存活，食物鏈的運作就是靠養分能量不斷傳遞循環。

每個生物必須殺害其它生命才能讓自己的生命活下去，這是所有生物與生俱來的原罪。

不過有極少數的人參透了這無可奈何的環節，經由觀照、懺悔、信仰、靜心或是愛找到了救贖之道，使自己有幸重回伊甸，融入整體，這些人創造了生命存活的終極藝術，將個體意識化為浩瀚星辰，解除了個人與整體的界線，不因生命死亡而悲，不隨生命誕生而喜。即便是看盡了生命的殘忍無情，依然說著，「讓我道盡我對祢的讚美，喔，主！」既使體會了老子所說的「天地不仁，以萬物為芻狗」，依然深深愛著這個世界。

The Feast of Mercy

Life is a feast of mercy. All living creatures, from small bacteria to huge dinosaur maintain their lives by swallowing other creatures. The operation of food chain is indeed an endless circulation of nutrition and energy.

Every living creature has to kill other living creatures in order to survive. This is the sin all living creatures share.

Very few people see through the helpless cycle of survival and find their redemption through meditation, confession, faith, peaceful mind or love. They thus luckily return to Eden and become The One. Those people create the ultimate art of survival. They transform the individual consciousness into universal one and thus eliminate the boundary between individual and the whole. They are not sad for the loss of life and not joyful for the birth of life, either. Even though they see all those cruel and coldhearted moments in life, they still said: “Allow me say all my praise to you, My Lord.” Even though they realize what Lao-tzu said as “Heaven and earth are ruthless, and they see the ten thousand things as dummies,” they are still deeply in love with this reality world.
